I spent four days earlier this week, paddling on the Isle of Skye. Another chunk of paddling, photographing and exploring done for the book. I had perhaps my bext ever day’s paddling on Skye on Wednesday, off the Northern end of Skye - Rubha Hunish. Whales, sharks, seals, caves, stacks, tunnels and overfalls.
I’ve now only got two large stretches of coastline left to do on Skye, however they are best tackled as multi day trips which will happen early next year. The steady progress of the guidebook writer/paddler continues.
