Littoral (adjective); of or pertaining to the shore of the sea or ocean.
So Littoral Light News is a very adapt name for the newsletter of the Northern Lighthouse Board aimed at all users of the coastal waters around Scotland and the Isle of Man.

The Met Office have decided to spilt in half the inshore weather forecast area covering the same area as the Northwest Highlands guidebook. The local fisherman’s group lobbied for the change as they felt the Ardnamurchan Point to Cape Wrath forecast didn’t always reflect the weather around Skye in particular. The new areas:
